A Beautiful Ceramic Favor!

There is a lot to planning a wedding and reception, but the one thing that seems to take the longest to decide, is what to get your guests as thank you gifts. There is choices like practical gifts that they can use at home, crystal gifts or maybe even a astonshing ceramic wedding favors figurines. Whatever your preference, I found out there are an awful lot of each to choose from.
I’m planning a themed wedding in a country western motif, and I’ve found quite a few exceptional ceramic favors to work with. Favors made of ceramic are perfect for any wedding you want to have. Like the little tea caddys that I ran across online with nice black ceramic wedding trays to place them on. There are plenty of suggestions from candle holders to gorgeous tea lights and even flower vases as ceramic wedding gifts. I made wedding favor shopping the last thing on my to do list, because not only is it hard to choose the right gift, but there is just so much to choose from.
So, my tables were first on my list to be accessorized. Picnic tables were the choice for my country western décor, and I put red and white checked tablecloths on each with daisies in little metal buckets to use as centerpieces. The little barbecue grills I picked out as place card holders were so cute, and I thought they would make adorable little souvenirs of our reception for our friends and family to keep. Since we were having a family cookout instead of having our party catered, I thought the little grills were a nice added touch. There were also little cowboy hats at each place setting and cowboy boot glasses for the refreshments. As ceramic wedding favors, I chose the pretty ceramic honey pots with heart shaped handles instead of the tea caddies for our friends and family. They were the perfect choice for our country western reception and they looked so cute. There were also astonshing candle holders that would have made a terrific ceramic favor for our guests, and I almost decided on that. Our tables looked fantastic and with all the surrounding décor accessories, it looked like the perfect down home celebration.
We had little twinkle white lights hanging all around the dance area, and piles of haystacks scattered about. Talk about a western themed wedding cake topper, ours was one of a cowgirl hog tying her groom and probably taking him to the preacher. Everyone seemed to get a lot of laughs out of our cake topper and we thought it was quite amusing too. We all had a night to remember, with dancing, partying and lots of great laughs. One of the most creative and enjoyable thing we had going on, was an awesome hayride for everyone, and the kids really got a big kick out of that.
Our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and all the people that cared enough to be in our wedding party received nice little gifts from us too. I bought for the ladies in my wedding party and my fiance chose the guys gifts, which were adorable little ceramic wedding gifts for the girls and really neat looking cowboy steins for the guys. As far as a gift for our ring boy and flower girl, we found adorable little tee shirts that said ‘flower girl’ and ring bearer’on them. Our wedding party and all our guests seemed to like the wedding favors we bought them.
I also bought a few extras for myself, like a sharp little western themed guestbook and pen, picture album and I even ordered a cowboy hat for me and my husband that said bride and groom on them. I thought this would turn out great, but it was way more better than I had imagined, what a super party we had.
